Hôtel simple pour une nuit.

Hôtel pas loin de balos beach et de elafonissi. A 10 min à pied du centre et de sa petite place avec des restaurants.

Petit déjeuner un peu cher. Nous en avons pris un pour deux Les voitures se garent dans l'impasse devant la fenêtre quand votre chambre est au RDC.

Exceptional

Excellent staff, lovely location by the sea, very comfortable sun beds and the quality of the food was very good.

Didn’t like having to pay extra to use the sun beds, or for breakfast. I’d rather pay a bit more in the room rate and have it all included.

Staff was horrible. Family run and they are not hospitable. They gave my room away because I was late checking in. I did inform them when I was on my way and when I arrived they were not hospitable. I didn’t feel welcomed there. They didn’t help me with my luggage. They charge for beds on the beach and they didn’t even have any when I went. They were rented to locals. Hotel guests should have first priority. They were out of beach towels and eventually delivered some to me on the beach. They made taxi arrangements for me to get to the airport. But the evening before I called the driver and he wasn’t aware of the ride. At the end the driver came through. Kissamos has nothing to see. The beach the hotel is situated on is nice and sandy. But there was something in the water that kept biting me (and other guests). Not enjoyable to be nibbled on. The rooms are partially remodeled. The bathrooms are modern and updated. The room itself is not. The mattress is thin and not very comfortable.

Amaizing!

Amaizing resort, very relaxing place, the staff is wonderful, excelent customer service and they make you feel very welcome! The best hotel in Kissamos! The hotel has a private beach and a resto at the beach. The view from the hotel is wonderful as well!

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff in a perfect location.

We loved everything about the hotel. Location, directly on the beach, is perfect. The friendly, hard working staff members are exceptional. Excellent breakfast buffet and good food in restaurant. Our rooms were spacious, modern, cool and very clean. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Great value for money, prices for food and drinks very fair and reasonable. Superior, comfortable sunbeds so did not mind paying the €10 per day. Waiter service on beach was a bonus and extremely efficient. When sea is calm, the bathing is shallow and safe. Overall, a lovely hotel in a perfect location with exceptional staff.

Very little as everything was excellent. Only slight improvement would be the addition of handrails, on some of the stone steps, for people with mobility issues.

So good we came back

Shrimp Saganaki and complimentary Creme Caramel. Excellent bar and restaurant. Excellent location and nice beach , like the last time. It was so good we came back here on the way back towards the airport. Great shower. Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking. good price.

Sandy beach and Good Value

Great location right on the best beach with good bar and restaurant - probably one of the best in Kissamos. The hotel now extends over 4 buildings on three streets. Proper sloping sandy beach. Breakfast good value. On outskirts but easy to walk to town for a change and quiet. Great shower.

Partial Sea View room is correct in that you can see the sea once you step out onto the small balcony but really what you see are balconies or walls of other buildings. Loungers should be complimentary for guests.

STOP SEARCHING AND JUST BOOK THIS PLACE. RIGHT BY THE BEACH RESTAURANT SERVED AMAZING FOOD AND DRINKS ALL DAY LONG GOOD PLACE NEAR TO EVERY NICE BEACH ON THE WEST SIDE OF CRETE FRIENDLY STAFF FREE PARKING FREE SOAP, SHAMPOO AND LOTION WAS UNREAL. WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS BOOK IT NOW BEFORE IT IS GONE I have searched and combed through every listing in the area and THIS IS THE BEST ONE.

We stayed at Maria Beach hotel in Kissamos for 7 nights with our kids. Everything was perfect. The hotel is really nice and clean, beautiful nature all around it, you hear the waves in the night, the stuff are all so nice, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning with the fresh orange juice. The beach of the hotel is really great, good for kids and the view of the mountains around it. Every morning I would wake up early to walk along the shore. Felt so safe. Also, 20 min. ride from the hotel you have the turquois water beaches of Falasarna. We can't wait to go back, thank you for everything!

Beautiful peaceful place in Crete

The hotel is located beachfront, there were 10 steps to the sea from our room. Beach is clean and comfortable, you can also ask for refreshments right at the beach. The restaurant and stuff are amazing, very attentive and ready to help.

I didn’t understand terry sheets on the bad, as it was too hot to sleep, even with AC on.

Lots of cool restaurants nearby along the town waterfront. Good food and wine.

Breakfast was great when we had it the first few days for €10 each .. plus coffee. We were not informed that coffee was extra … although a barista made lattes, cappuccinos, etc as requested. Perhaps we were offered one as part of the deal, but we were never informed, and charged extra. There should have been an urn of coffee with the breakfast selection and juices as an alternative.

Highly recommend! It’s a really lovely and cozy place.

It’s very clean and everything’s convenient. Staff are always so kind and helpful. The beach is amazing with clear water and sufficient beach armchairs. There are many cute stores in the center of the village which is 12min walk from the hotel.

Dream Holidays

Amazing location at 2 steps from the beach and well connected to the best spots of Crete (1hr driving to Elafonisi, 20 min to Falassarna, 4 min to the port to go to Balos…) the bar & the restaurant were perfect, tasty food and good drinks. The best is the staff, very kind, friendly and professional.

Very good

“Beach Hotel” describes this stay perfectly. Partial sea views, beach access, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach restaurant and bar. This hotel is situated perfectly to accommodate your beach stay. Reception was friendly and helpful when we checked in! Room was set up for our family and clean and tidy when we checked in. If your going to stay at the beach for a few days and use this as a central point - it will accommodate nicely. No little extras or flair but no major complaints either. If you stay take a walk a few blocks around to enjoy local parks with kids, and local restaurants.

For those travellers looking for details: Internet was very intermittent so if that’s important you will need a back up plan. Other than restaurant staff and at check in, it was hard to find someone to ask questions or request items.
