Location is amazing, people are super nice

AC is not working properly, it doesn’t turn off when it reach desired temperature. I am a HVAC tech so I know what I am talking about. It was super cold or hot in the room.

Exceptional

The staff was amazing! They went far and beyond to treat us! Thanks, guys! The location was perfect to explore the local food, bars, etc. It was very convenient having the dive center at the hotel! We had an amazing experience!

Very good

After a week up in Sunset Villas, I moved down to the Splash Inn for one night after my flight out got pushed back a day. I knew the area at that point and liked how it's walking distance to everything. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Delivered for the night I needed. There's a dock right out front as well and you can organize dives through the hotel.

Loud dogs barking early in the morning and wifi so-so in the rooms but that's all.

Nice location surrounded by nature and close to everything.

We didn't have electricity for some minutes on the ground floor. Also, the water couldn't come out from the shower because it was dirty.

JUST PERFECTION

The location was perfect!! Easy access to food, night life, beaches and excursions. The staff was phenomenal. Upon arrival I was able to have an early check in which made all the difference. Would recommend!

House cleaning was exceptional maintenance was on top of everything the front desk extremely helpful and the ladies in the kitchen and serving food will blow your heart up with kindness and quality! The smoothies are excellente! Breakfast A+

There was no free helicopter rides and they don't offer snowmobiling

Location was great, and excellent customer service. Reception was always attended to and felt secure and safe. Good value for money at this price point.

Room always smelt like the strong cleaning fluid they use, was not pleasant. Shower was not as clean as I would have liked, although I have high standards. It did not get cleaned during my stay.

Beautiful stay in paradise

Since the moment we arrived on the property the staff at Splash inn resort were more than accommodating. They welcomed us with a tasty ginger juice while we did our check in. We arrived early from the ferry but they told us we could stay and eat lunch on property or we could go around and explore, we chose to have lunch there and it was absolutely delicious! After lunch our rooms were ready and we were so happy with the set up, the AC worked wonderfully and the wifi and TV were great. We felt very comfortable staying here with our 1 year old, the staff was even nice enough to warm up bottles our daughter. The breakfast included was diverse and delicious, we all found something we liked to eat. Overall it was a beautiful experience and we'll be sure to revisit Splash Inn whenever we are in Roatan.

Great Location and a terrific value!

Breakfast was a big value and was very good! Not your typical free breakfast. Eggs, beans, ham, sausage and much more! Excellent coffee! Eating every morning with a great view was amazing. We would stay at the splash inn again!

We had a small problem at check in that could have been handled better. Someone was supposed to come and talk to me about it but we never connected and he didn't seem to really care. Other than that everything was really very good.

A great place to stay and dive!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the hotel and restaurant to the dive center. The location is in the middle of the west end strip with multiple amazing restaurants nearby including the hotel restaurant. As far as the dive center goes the facilities were very good with each diver having their own gear locker. the staff bring and setup your BCD and regulators to the boat which is directly across the street every dive which was awesome!. all in all I would definitely recommend Splash Inn for a stay, Great Diving and great staff A++

there was a rooster that lives across the street from the hotel that I wish would run into the jungle and never return. other than that no complaints at all!

Would stay again

The staff is what makes this place great. the rooms are a little dated and basic but have everything you need and I would definitely stay again. It’s in the centre of West End but my room was really quiet and I slept really well during the whole stay. The buffet breakfast was great. Special shout out to Norma, Felipe and Leo. Also did an introduction to diving with Luca and it was great.

Great hotel even for non-divers!

The Splash Inn is very good hotel and very well run. We even extended our stay!. All of the staff are well trained and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the A/C works well, and the beds are comfortable. The included breakfast buffet is pretty good, too. I'd highly recommend this hotel for any travelers to the West End, not just divers. By the way, I did not use their dive shop so I can't comment on it.

Drinking water in the rooms would have been a nice touch but they will fill any container for you for free if you ask someone behind the counter.

Very good hotel. Excellent staff!!

This is a very good hotel, I am very satisfied about my stay at this hotel. Especially the staff working here was very good (both at the hotel as in the restaurant). It does make a big difference when people smile, say "good morning", and try to help you whenever necessary. So, well done everybody! And it is true what they say about the breakfast: Delicious!!

Sometimes internet was a bit slow. (but it worked)

Welcoming diver Inn, you will love their ginger infused iced lemonade and the smiling attendants!

Loved the ginger infused lemonade, fantastic! Liked the variety of the breakfast. Although....I would like to suggest that you change it around throughout the week. While I liked what was offered, I don't particularly care to have the same combination 7 days a week. Make sense?

Would like to suggest luggage benches. You also should have trash & recycling station for your guests in the courtyard area and I would like to encourage you to have a drinking water fountain.
