Perfect spot in Tangalle for a family stay.

Frangipani Beach Villa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived and were served an ice cold drink on the beach it felt like a home away from home. Good sized rooms, very clean pool, excellent breakfast, and the perfect location were all topped off by first class from service from the team. Their advise on where to visit and when was spot on and they also helped arranged our onward transport. Thank you Frangipani Beach Villa!

Manager property 's excellent skills changed our stay in Tangalle

Initial the Booking.com booking room was simply ....not fitting the money paid for it and the description on the site. First reaction was to leave and book somewhere else. The manager, SARANGA, saw our dissapointed faces and immediately proposed us a new deal . The high rate I evaluate this property is due to Saranga's skills in client satisfaction and not the booking .com site 's room evalution!

I am strongly recommend that Booking .com reevaluate the quality and the prices for the properties that they promote on their site! In my opinion what I booked on booking.com is not worthying the money requested and its not matching the words the room is described on the site!

The awesome staff went above & beyond. They even put crutches in our room for my daughter who had a foot injury. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us xxx

Beliggenhet, frokost og personale var veldig bra.

Når man setter 4 stjerner så får man noen forventninger til hvordan det ser ut, hvordan rommene er osv. opplevde trangt rom, varmt vann innimellom, noe rotete i felles områder

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Frühstück reichhaltig und ein wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer. Direkt Lage am Strand. Der Strand ist traumhaft und es gibt genügend liederlichen.

Liegt in einer Nebenstraße. 10 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Der Pool ist nicht im Hotel, sondern 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt, hinter einem Felsen.

Relax by the beach

Comfortable bed, quiet environment, helpful and kind staff, the food in the restaurant was excellent, we also tried the nearby restaurants but they were not as good as Frangipani, the accommodation and the surroundings were very clean, a nice beach right in front of the accommodation, I can imagine spending a longer time here .

Notre chambre isolée en haut d’un escalier en colimaçon de 34 marches avec vue sur la mer. Les repas sur la plage. Les transats. L’activité des pêcheurs avec leurs filets. Une mer calme où la baignade est possible.

Tutto. Disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno anche fatto un up grade della stanza gratuitamente. Camere bellissime e accogliente. L'atmosfera sulla spiaggia, la colazione in riva al mare e le onde che ti conciliano il sonno non hanno prezzo. Consigliato.

Absolute Empfehlung in Tangalle

Die Anlage befindet sich direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und die Betten gemütlich.

WLAN auf den Zimmern könnte besser sein. Der Pool ist etwas abgelegen von der Anlage.

Cerca de la carretera principal. A 10 min de tiendas y estación de bus. Muy buen desayuno. Muy limpio y justo junto a la playa. Nos cocinaron un pescado fresco que estaba buenísimo. Cambian dinero en el momento. Staff muy amable. Muy recomendable.

Wifi no funciona Primera linea de playa es el bar/restaurante; no las habitaciones

The bedroom pictures look way better than actual reality.

If you like the relentless sound of the pounding Indian this is great spot. We had a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was very good sitting in the restaurant which overlooks the ocean.We only had breakfast, but its in a good location with lots of local restaurants nearby who serve great food.

The bed had the worst 2 nights sleep on a very thin, uncomfortable mattress. The bed is in an awkward spot, so it is difficult to get to the bathroom. The aircon wasn't working they had to regas it and the power board wasn't working. Things to check when you have confirmed guests arriving.

The hosts did their best to please us. You can go directly to the beach from the hotel and the view is very nice. The breakfast was very good

The dinner we took was so so and definitely not worth the price. But the breakfast was great.

Right on the beach and friendly staff

Right on the beach and on walking distance from the bus station!

The corner of Tangalle that it is located in was full of men hanging out on the streets calling things and staring. A weird vibe. Wouldn’t recommend for female travelers in off season.

Staff very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Beachfront location is what makes it special but also good for exploring the area. Close to plenty of other restaurants/beach bars.

So nice, that I will come again.

I really loved the calme beach. Additionally I liked the very good Sri Lanka breakfast (loved to have some more fruits). The stuff was very kind. Loved to be there. (Already 4 Times) + Clima + good warm water

Best place where we stayed.

Breakfast was so delicious, accommodation is right on the beach, the staff is so kindly and heplfull. Evening dinner was on the beach with calm view. They offer sea food which I can really reccomended. Everything was excellent here. Beach is clean and also there is possibility to swimm. Really nice place with good vibes.

Such a charming place. My budget room was on top, with a beautiful view over the palmtrees and the beach. I could see the sunrise from the window while laying in my bed. 🌅 The location is great! It's literally on the beach. It's close to the town and bus station and they have such a sweet and helpful staff and owner. And a cute dog. The food tasted so good and w a nice mix of different choices. If I had more time in Sri Lanka I would have stayed longer for sure! Thanks for making my stay feeling like home away from home. 🙏🏼🤩

Amazing stay in a great hotel, we didn't want to leave.

Really amazing hotel right on the beach, really nice atmosphere which is helped by the great staff who are always smiling! The room has everything you need and the Seaview room allows you to fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of options. We were only due to stay one night here but decided to stay for two because of the beach and the chilled out feeling of the hotel. Thanks to everyone for a great stay!

Beautiful hotel right on the beach.
