Good hotel with decent sized rooms and a half board option. Well located near Silver Lake and the waterpark with the pool you see in the photos is 500m away. Very warm and friendly welcome from the guy on reception, who helped us arrange excellent massages with Maya on site. The breakfast and evening meals offered good selections for all and there was plenty of food.
Hadn't realised that the pool was separately managed - but this wasn't too much of a problem and we enjoyed our day there.

I liked the room, very comfy, excellent breakfast, but no good coffee and the fact that they have indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna (which they didn't work)! Distance from the lake is about 4-500m
The staff is not very friendly and when I asked for a better coffee (they have only instant coffee) I got, but then I had to pay for it (which they didn't mention when they brought it). I was expecting it, but for a 4 star hotel, I think they should offer at least one good coffee from the bar. Then I wanted to use the inside pool which was kind of cold, then I wanted to warm up in jacuzzi, but it was also not tooo warm, then I wanted to try the sauna which didn't work. So I was a bit confused why did I pay more than 100 Euro for a single room and the facilities which didn't work.
