The hotel is run by a wonderful lady in her twighlight years. Hotel Delhy in it's hey day would have been up there in the top hotels in the area, overlooking aa beautiful park, 5 mins from the sea the train station.
Unfortunately, it hasn't had an upgrade for since the '70's. But that adds to it's charm. The rooms are big and we had views of the mountains, the shower will exfoliate you in no time.
No lift, no food provided but everything you need to eat and drink is a short walk away.
The owner, speaks very little english but makes herself understood. She guided us to good restaurants and to a discounted 'beach club' to relax on the beach.
If you want a low cost no frills flashback to a bygone era, then this is the perfect place to stay! One can't fault the wonderful owner.
Get some anti mosquito spray; not the fault of the hotes, but the mozzies had a field day !
Internet sort of worked on the second floor, but only one device at aa time. Mobile phone roaming was better.

Peut être la chaleur : il a fait très lourd les jours où nous étions présents et franchement, pas assez de clim pour rafraîchir vraiment les parties communes et notre chambre

Aria condizionata, vista, posizione, prezzo.
Edificio fatiscente, il frigobar aveva un pessimo odore all'interno, sporco sotto i letti, bagno minuscolo.
