Świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży i urokliwego miasteczka Marzamemi. Bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy gospodarz obiektu. Bardzo ładny i zadbany teren wokół apartamentów.

Posizione eccezionale, in zona tranquilla facile da raggiungere, comodissima per andare in spiaggia, visto che basta attraversare la strada, ma anche a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro

It is located right in front of the beach, so you can easily walk to the ocean, and there is shaded parking available within the property. The city center is about a 10–15 minute walk away, which makes the area quiet at night. However, the distance can feel a bit inconvenient during the hot daytime hours.
We stayed in the 2-bedroom ocean-view unit on the second floor. Unfortunately, the beds in both bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable, and the mattresses are in urgent need of replacement. There was also a noticeable musty odor coming from the closets. If a good night’s sleep is important to you, I would not recommend this property.

The location for us was perfect, close to Marzamemi centre and to other attractions like nice beaches. It was a good size apartment.
Shower was very tiny - it was hard to clean yourself. It was not good cleaned and electric installation was poor. it should be adapters in each plug, especially next to beds. The wifi was not working most of time and the range of the phones was poor or it was no range.
