Convenient location, comfortable family room setup, covered parking, and the nearby mosque. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning the room, and both the gym and pool were good. My only suggestion regarding the pool is that it should open earlier, ideally around 6:00 or 7:00 am, and kept open late until 10 pm.
The food was very bland, and almost the same type of fish seemed to be served at dinner every day. The breakfast was also almost the same every day. The selection of food needs significant improvement, and the chef should focus more on taste, variety and menu rotation.

Buffet was ok but not enough choices.
Breakfast was ok.
By mistake (it was not clear), O booked room for special needs. It was different than usual one. Specially there was no sofa. I used to take room in this hotel with my 2 kids using sofa for them. But there was no in this room. I ask reception for additional bed to compensate they ask me to pay something like 125sar. I was very upset.
