The staff were incredibly helpful and superb throughout our stay. The room was very clean, and when we encountered a problem, they quickly offered us another room.
Soluna Restaurant could offer a wider variety of light meals and sandwiches. The food was very good, although the preparation time was a little long. This is perfectly fine during a holiday but might be less convenient for business travellers.

We always come here to celebrate NYE / birthdays yet thi New Year’s Eve visit was disappointing compared to previous stays. The room had hygiene issues (pillows smelled unpleasant like smelled of sweat), and service requests were not accommodated, no room upgrade, no extra bed, and a comforter request was met with 2 blankets instead of a comforter. The breakfast buffet was poorly managed, often empty of food or utensils, requiring repeated requests for refills.
