Very friendly and helpful staff. I asked for a Ukrainian Restaurant and got a good recommendation. And I asked the receptionist to call a hotel in Vylkove, if there is a room available and she booked the room for me. Room was comfy and sleeping area was a bit separeted and had no windows - so I felt quite safe during air raid alerts.
Bed was comfy, WiFi worked well. Good location in central Izmail - shops, sights and Restaurants nearby.
I enjoyed my stay very much.
Not a big issue, but a bit strange: the main door is always locked and you need to ring the bell, if you want to enter the hotel.

I did not have breakfast there.
The manager was very friendly, and gave me a lot of useful information. Example about buses and restaurant ideas.
Because of the area's use of the Cyrillic alphabet,
It makes it hard to find the hotel location.
A small paper map of the area would also have been helpful.

Таргани в номері і надписи про правила перебування в готелі російською .
