dishwasher didn’t work well

The Villa overall was excellent. Good size for my whole family party , including 4 children.

Small criticisms , but owners please note. This is a Villa potentially serving 10 people. Only 3 glasses for wine and 3 for beer. Only one tea towel in the kitchen A kettle for 2 people.

The hotel is 2 minutes away, providing breakfasts meals information etc. tge staff there are extremely accommodating and helpful. That too is a lovely setting

Nothing NOT to like

Having just come back from a week at Villa Lavinia, I can’t recommend it enough. Really spacious - we had 4 adults and 4 kids in our party - clean, well equipped and WiFi is good too, obviously essential for the kids! The location is brilliant. You are just 1 minute from the main high street and a three minute stroll down the hill to the beach and seafront, it would be difficult to beat it. As for the parking reviews, don’t let them put you off. We parked a Mazda6 Estate comfortably and if you are nervous about the space you can park in the Winter Gardens (same owners) which is less than a minutes walk. Reluctant to tell everyone else how lovely our stay was as want to keep this for ourselves again in the future!

I liked a location and comfortable

Great location. Lovely house.

cutlery, crockery and pans were pretty dirty. lightbulbs not working. Car parking not available as advertised. Cushions were split and old.
