Taking all of these factors into consideration, I found the overall price-to-value ratio difficult to justify.

The accommodation was generally clean, although I did notice a few spiders during my stay. Regarding the beds, they were actually not as bad as I had expected based on some of the previous reviews, so this was a positive surprise.

In my personal opinion, the accommodation was extremely overpriced for what was offered. The interior is quite dated and old-fashioned, and unfortunately, it reminded me of an old gym changing room or locker room that had not been renovated for many years. One of the main issues for me was a continuous whooshing or humming noise that could be heard throughout both the day and night. I never managed to determine where the sound was coming from, but it was persistent and quite disturbing, especially at night. Fortunately, I had earplugs with me, which helped to reduce the noise, although they did not block it completely. Another aspect I found disappointing was the sleeping arrangement. There appeared to be quite a few identical houses on the property, while only a small number of guests seemed to be staying there. Since each house is divided into two rooms, guests were still placed together in the same house. In my opinion, given the apparent availability of space, it would have been much more comfortable to accommodate each guest separately when possible. Overall, I personally found the price difficult to justify, especially considering that guests are expected to clean the house themselves, with quite extensive cleaning required and detailed instructions provided regarding how the house should be cleaned.

The price was very high compared to what we got. Very bad beds and very small bedroom.

Mediocre

Lovely location.

It was expensive considering you do all your own cleaning and have to hire sheets and towels on top. The beds were mediocre and the whole place was tired. When I cleaned the bathroom floor in the morning, as instructed by numerous signs, it was black. The dishwasher also didn't work, which really should have been checked between guests.

Nice place and extremely friendly staff, but beds are very uncomfortable

Easy to find location and reception, extremely friendly and welcoming staff, parking and BBQ place next to the cottage as being advertised. Availability of attractions was matching description on the web. Cottage was clean and quiet.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, even within this category of accommodation - I am staying in camping cottages within this price range quite often so I have plenty of experience and examples to compare with.

Gränna is een gezellig dorpje, recht aan de haven. Inchecken ging soepel.

Ik moest ter plekke nog 20 euro voor de hond bijbetalen. Andere locaties is dat 5. Het is een geschakeld (ongezellig) huisje wat erg gehorig was.

Alloggio appena sufficiente, letti terribili. Staff inesistente ma al telefono sono intervenuti prontamente per un piccolo intoppo con il codice della barra all’ingresso che non funzionava. Siamo arrivati alle ore 18 e la reception era già chiusa
