Housekeeping staff Julia is very nice and hardworking. She cleaned my room every day whenever I requested. One of the best things about this hotel is that it is always very clean.
“The hotel requires visitors to show ID, which feels very annoying and disrespectful to guests who have visitors. The room also lacks basic facilities such as a proper clothes cabinet, small fridge, microwave, tea/coffee setup, toilet mat, slippers, toothbrush, soap, and even a comfortable bed. The room is very small, which would be acceptable if these basic amenities were provided.
I am extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. They make me feel like they don’t care about me as a guest or about any of my requests. Their attitude is unprofessional, unhelpful, and sometimes disrespectful. Instead of assisting politely, they act as if guests are a problem. The front desk staff urgently need proper customer service training on how to communicate respectfully and handle guest requests with care.
