The owner is very kind to rebook our stay since the first reservation was cancelled. when we arrived, they allowed us to check in early so we could rest. the staff are all so friendly and smiles every time. the pool was the best! its 24 hours open and has a warm water. not sure if its a heated pool. but maybe its because of the weather. its just a bit far from calle crisologo, maybe 5 mins drive? but doesnt matter cause the place was quiet. this is actually my 2nd time staying in EA, first was 2019 pre pandemic. they didnt have pool before. a lot has improved in 7 years! thank you so much for accommodating my group! <3

Great staff. They were very helpful and friendly. Accomodations were absolutely fine and location is OK but quite a bit from the old city center. Not that that is really a problem because a trip to the center is around 100 pesos.
The swimmingpool is great and in the weekend a lot of Philippino's come over who are very friendly. When I left for Pagudpud they offered me a drive to Lauag because they went there too. Great place to stay! Got a good deal from them on a motorbike too.

The staff were able to accommodate our requests for breakfast with so affordable price.
One guest or customer sitting on the signage of the building was sitting there before and after we go swim.
We went twice to take a family photo but he did not bother to give us a space and time to take a picture. He just sit there all time and not considerate to give other guest space to take pics of Ben just for couple of minutes.

Lovely large warm pool.
The manager was very obliging ... he drove us to town/restaurants and to the airport.
Breakfast was very basic.
Location was troublesome because there was very little nearby.
The room was very small.
