Check in via kiosk was seamless (If you do need help, press for assistance). Room is clean, and comes with TV packed with a variety of channels, toilet seat has warmer & built-in bidet.

Great location,10 min on foot from the Suwon Station or Airport bus stop. Very close to Hwaseong fortress. Located next to the Rodeo street with all kinds of bars, restraunts and etc.. 7\11 in the next building. Overall the price is very affordable and the service is pretty good.
Check in is from 16 00. If you book a room with the kitchen, you won't have your own kitchenware, will have to take it from the breakfast room and then bring it back, not very convinient.

The hotel is in a great location near the train station and bus stops!
The hotel was quiet despite being in a busy area and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding it.
Aircon worked well.
They gave complimentary water
The day we arrived our sheets had grey marks on it and a few black dots. After we put the ‘please clean our room’ sign up and new sheets were added they were okay. The window next to the shower was a bit dirty.
We were placed on the second floor so no city view
The shower makes the whole bathroom floor wet.
Staff didn’t let us know we had to go to the other building after check in so we spent a while looking for our room before we had to ring staff to ask where we should go.
