The hotel is very beautiful with many little details to make the experience more enjoyable. The historical courtyard gave Cusco a great, romantic first impression. Location is unbeatable. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful every step of the way. We had a 2-day trip to Machu Picchu and needed to store our luggages overnight, the hotel kept them safe for us without any additional charges. When we came back, hotel helped us arrange a car to our next hotel. The breakfast was wonderful too.
Our room on the third floor was facing a bunch of AC vents, the noise and nearby cooking fume got into our room in the evening. That's the only complaint we had.

The location
The room was big and clean
The area of swimming pool and gym was nice
Breakfast options were ok
The facilities were not working properly: air conditioning in whole hotel broken. They told us they would repair it tomorrow. Then the day after they said they would repair it at the afternoon. When we did check out it was still broken. Imagine at 28
Degrees in Lima it was not possible to sleep well. When we asked for a ventilador at the evening in the first day they said they don’t have any else and we should have asked before. This was not a properly answer to client in my opinion. I hope they repaired it already and they look for solutions for the clients if one book the room with whole facilities… or at least make a discount for the inconveniences
