Food is delicious. The family are great and cannot do enough for you. The best hosts in Thailand!!!!😁 Good clean pool and fab sunsets on an evening. Good size bungalows with Aircon and a fridge.

We booked for four night ended up staying sixteen nights. On arrival you are greeted by Aow who basically runs the show he can arrange anything from tours to taxis to ferry bookings he deals with everything. We rented a scooter and the process took about 15 mins maximum all the scooters looked in good condition and the price is as good as you’ll get anywhere else. Yes the property is up a bit of a hill but it’s not challenging it’s gradual and would take you five mins at the most. We had a standard room with air con and it was clean with a comfy bed a fridge and a kettle. Two bottles of water are replenished every day and your room cleaned if you request it. Shower was good with good pressure. What I always say is remember your in Thailand grasp and enjoy the culture. Not a lot of hanging space for clothes but let’s face it most of us are living out of a back pack. The area around the hotel is always very quiet with a lovely view over to the sea and the swimming pool has about eight loungers that are never all taken up. It’s an extremely relaxed atmosphere. The food available at the restaurant is a really good menu and available all day. Having breakfast looking over at the view and watching the wildlife was amazing every morning and watching the sun set into the sea while having a cold beer yea pretty good. It’s a family run hotel and they honestly can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We read that the walls were thin on the adjoining rooms yep they are but by 11 pm it’s like everyone’s asleep and it’s really quiet. This is obviously only my opinion but I’d definitely recommend booking and enjoying the peace quiet and wildlife. Scooter rental gives you more freedom but if you did want to walk out it’s about 15 mins walk to a 7/11 and ten mins to the beach. Thanks Aow and family for your hospitality when we return to Koh Lanta Chom Dao will be our first choice to stay.
