Great location. Near to beach. Far enough away from nightlife, so no noise at all from bars. Yet near to everything you might want to visit! Very good comms and easy check-in. Clean studio apartment and plenty of hot water. Just need to mention how good the location is again, couldn’t be much better!
Just be aware that facilities in the apartment are sparse and you won’t be disappointed. i.e. there’s a small fridge, kettle and hairdryer. That’s pretty much it! However, there is an amazing bakery on the corner, which has fantastic pastries, small pizzas, salads, coffee, ice cream etc and very well priced, so just go there if you need anything. The apartment I had did not have a balcony, as was on the ground floor and outdoor seating was outside door on pathway. But this apartment would be perfect for anyone with any mobility issues.

Perfect location near beach, restaurants and nightlife. Great terrace (only chairs, no sunbeds). Nice host, easy communication. Lovely cleaner.
Aircondition is only in the room with the double bed, so it gets hot in the room with the twin beds. Noisy, but to be expected with the location. Minimally equipped kitchen - would be great with kitchen knives, a toaster etc. (we bought a corkscrew).

We had a fantastic stay right opposite Faliraki Beach! The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a great balcony, AC, and a fridge. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, amazing restaurants, and the town center. On top of that, the value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended!

This accommodation is less than 1 minute from the bus stop that takes you right into town - super convenient! clean bedroom and nice spacious deck.
A few lights in the room shone when trying to sleep in the dark- we covered as many as we could. The bathroom did get fairly soaked with water after each shower so something to be mindful of
