The family running this resort are so kind and lovely, they even drove us around on a sightseeing day. Breakfast was a beautiful Sri Lankan spread every morning. Plenty of wildlife to look at and the facilities are great! Would highly recommend staying here :)

Hosts were lovely and very helpful. Pool was welcome in the heat.
Upstairs bedroom was difficult to access due to steps being very wide apart. Upstairs bedroom was a mattress on the floor so not the most comfortable

Habarana is a good central location for all surrounding sites of interest. Hosts were friendly, breakfasts were generous, bed was comfortable and washroom ok. It’s away from the main road so is quiet at night.

The hosts were extremely friendly. Breakfast each day was excellent. The pool area was very nice.
The family were also able to organise various excursions throughout the stay.
Unfortunately there was a rat in the room/treehouse I stayed in on the first night (first evidence was poo, followed by a sighting of the offender). I was moved rooms but couldn’t quite relax after that.
The cleanliness of the rooms in general was not very good. The bathrooms were EXTREMELY basic. For ~$100 per night I think this was very poor value for money.
