Location, atmosphere, furnishings, kitchen facilities/supplies, washing machine. Weather was warm in Sevilla and we had to use the A/C quite a bit (which we normally don't like), especially to keep the sleeping area upstairs comfortable. However we found the A/C to be unexpectedly quiet and efficient. The apartment and terrace are bright and sunny. There was virtually no traffic noise and only a bit of normal living noise from the neighboring apartment.
We had to be very careful on the stairs to the loft, as they were a bit tricky, especially when carrying things. We noticed one end of the railing was losing its attachment to the wall; it would be good to repair this. A minor detail-- there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for our five-night stay so we ended up having to buy a pack and leave most of it for the next guest. We initially tried contacting host about providing more, but he seemed busy.

Perfect location, incredibly quiet . We had a wonderful stay.
The hand rail on the steel staircase wasn’t fixed securely at the top and the main internal and external entrance doors lock is not always Consistent when unlocking to get into the apartment . Many other guests were struggling and were pushing random buzzers to get other guests to let them in. However there is a knack of opening which we quickly learnt so it wasn’t much of a problem to us but it would benefit both doors having new locks.
