The staff were absolutely exceptional and, without a doubt, the highlight of our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind. A very special mention has to go to Samia and Iman — they are amazing! They made us feel so well looked after and were some of the best staff we experienced during our entire trip to Morocco.
Breakfast was also really enjoyable. Although the selection was limited, everything we had was fresh and delicious, and it was obvious that the cooks knew what they were doing. We also really appreciated the complimentary room service. The staff would bring two large trays to our room filled with everything available for breakfast, which meant we could relax and enjoy it privately with the beautiful view from our room.
They were also incredibly thoughtful towards our children. Our baby daughter was given food and juice as well, even though we don’t believe this was included in our booking. Those little gestures made us feel genuinely cared for rather than simply served.
The view from our room was amazing and was one of my favourite things about the property. Being able to lie in bed, relax and look out at the scenery was lovely.
The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, with attractive gardens and a really nice pool area. Everything was clean and well looked after. My daughter particularly loved the pool, and as a parent I really appreciated that there was also a smaller, shallow pool beside the main pool. It gave younger children or children who couldn’t yet swim confidently somewhere they could still enjoy the water.
The poolside area was a lovely place to relax. Because of the natural setting, there were inevitably some insects around, but I wouldn’t consider that the property’s fault.
My husband also absolutely loved the mint tea — it became one of his favourite things during our stay!
Although the property is well maintained, I do feel that management could invest considerably more into the facilities and overall guest experience, particularly considering the price and the property’s isolated location.
The location means guests are quite dependent on what is available at the villa. There isn’t much within walking distance and we couldn’t rely on food delivery, so having excellent facilities, more choice and little extras on-site becomes much more important.
The food was delicious but the kids still wanted pizza and chicken 😂. Also, breakfast choices were limited, would be nice to see more items. The Internet and tv didn't work 😢
The property already has a beautiful foundation, but it sometimes felt as though management was doing the minimum necessary rather than investing in the additional touches and facilities that could take it to the level you would expect for the price.
I want to make a clear distinction here: this is not a criticism of the staff. The staff were outstanding and did everything they could with what was available to them.

The location of the property is great, not so far from city centre, but far enough to have the tranquility and relaxation needed for a vacation. The view from the property is amazing! The staff were very nice, helpful and tailor make solutions for their guests, which was great!
The SPA centre needs to have more professional staff, the breakfast should have more varieties as well as the lunch menu and the property would benefit from some maintenance to make the experience even better.
