The lady at breakfast was lovely, helpful and hard working.
The room was huge. Even though we had to collect the key from a sister hotel, We were advised and the booking in was quick.
being very picky here but would prefer to have hot water to make my own tea not pre made in a canister.

Was able to find parking in front of the hotel, they have an elevator to get to the room, as I had a heavy back.
Didn't like the check in, no one was there, you use a phone and get a code to access the key. While there was an elevator, it was a little scary to ride, as it was jerky.
Finally met a person that worked there in the morning, but breakfast was pretty weak.

I had a,double bed but only a single duvet ! A complimentary continental breakfast was provided , but it consisted of cereal , toast , tea and coffee , a continental breakfast in my book would contain a selection of breads , cheeses and meats
