l'arredo delle camere è bello, hotel molto pulito , buon ristorante
fondamentalmente hanno disatteso la mia prenotazione (credo per un disguido) . Essendo un viaggiatore con carrozzina ,avevo chiesto una camera per ospiti disabili , ricevuta conferma ma di fatto la camera non era disponibile (già impegnata) . La camera assegnatami era impossibile (la carrozzina non entrava nel bagno) . Ho ricevuto una stanza più grande (apprezzabile) ma di fatto poco o nulla accessibile. Avrei gradito essere avvisato. Inoltre il personale notturno non aveva molta dimestichezza con l'inglese
