Très bon accueil de Lucia. La propriété est très belle et le logement également. Tout était très propre. Un grand parking fermé est disponible pour les hôtes. On peut se rendre au centre-ville de Alberobello à pied en 15 min à peu près. Le logement était très bien équipé, on peut se faire un peu de cuisine si besoin, gel douche, shampoing, serviettes, tout est fourni. Et le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent: viennoiseries et focaccia qui arrivent directement de la boulangerie, café, thé, yaourts, lait, jus fruit... il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La chambre est également très calme.
Dommage que le jacuzzi ne soit pas accessible (fermé car météo déjà fraiche). Oreillers un peu durs pour nous.

The property was cute and clean. Breakfast delivery was a great touch.
First, I picked this property because it said the host spoke English but this was not the case. The host spoke absolutely no English and all of our conversations had to go through google translate. On arrival, the wifi wasn’t working because they forgot to renew the subscription. I had to ask for heat. I asked for cooking lessons and was never given any information. I asked to use the hot tub and was told they need a day in advance for hot tub use. The next day when I went to use the hot tub after they texted it was ready, it was cold. I told them and they said it was as hot as it would get. No one ever came to clean my room or empty trash throughout my stay.
