Great location to loads of restaurants and shops. Right next to a ton of spas and fitness studios/gyms. Pool area is so clean and comfortable and the pool is great to relax in. Room was perfect. So clean and the beds were the most comfortable we had our whole trip to Bali. We even extended our stay a few days in so stayed twice as long as we had initially planned because we loved it so much.
The only suggestion I would make would be to have somewhere to refill water bottles. You get given new plastic bottles of water each morning which is good to have but it felt a little bit wasteful.

great location! - easy access by grab to everything in Uluwatu and Bingin. Amazing pool with very comfortable sun loungers. Room was great and huge! Bathroom was great too! Definitely recommend this property.
Nothing really - staff were never present so if you had an issue there is no one to talk to.
