The owner had anticipated every need there was a coffee machine with coffee pods provided. A tea box with different teas . Some grappa as a welcome drink which made my eyes water! Also some chocolate. All included.
A large balcony with a sea view. 15 minutes walk from the old town. Near the property there are steps accessing the beach.

Loved the location - across the road to the beach, and about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Great accommodation, clean, spacious, lovely balcony, nice touches like welcome grappa and chocolates. Very friendly and helpful host.
Difficult to locate - look for the house number on a gate, as the property not visible from the road when you're driving.

Nice location. Safe. Close to beach, Marjan park and a couple of museums. Nice beach across the road walking g distance. Beautiful gardens and plants.
No washer and dryer and oven but it was fine. No big deal.
