We liked the breakfast, however it is what it is for what you pay for. It was mainly deli foods, but the offer for omlettes and scrambled egg was there. In my opinion, breakfast was much better on the weekend.
Staff were friendly, and they tried their best to accommodate our needs, as we have two little boys, and though my boys were a little noisy, the staff were very kind.
We did have an incident, where we set the fire alarm off, and the staff were professional, and they tried their best to secure the room and ensure our safety and care and did not get upset with us. We were very impressed by this.
To wash our clothes, it cost 15jod and the price was not stated before the clothes were washed, but that's it.
The breakfast could have had more of a variety, and the staff attending it could have been a little more customer friendly. Otherwise, it was excellent.

reception staff were friendly and helpful. parking space was available all the time (although not the easiest to park). location was good but in a busy area.
breakfast was not great as the reviews suggested. room service was done by staff that didn't want to work, they just tidied up the beds and went away without cleaning the bathrooms or taking out the rubbish. terrible view out of the window. one of the rooms didn't even have a window.
