Room perfect, bed comfortable, TV, Internet, great bathroom with shower, hot water, closet and desk with a chair, new AC sets work perfect, hair dryer on request. Nice breakfast with juice, coffee, eggs, ham, toast or french toast, bread, fruits. Staff lovely and polite. Excellent location.
Two things could be improved, however, these didn't affect me at all:
- There is no elevator. My suitcase was small and I was on the first floor.
- Windows are not insulated, so you hear the noise of the motorcycles since 6 am. But I sleep like a rock.

Como siempre: es como regresar a casa donde te espera una cálida bienvenida. La calidad del personal es 1A, la habitación es siempre la misma con un standard de limpieza 1A y la terraza en el techo te invita a disfrutar una fria Cuzqueña con la vista sobre la ciudad y las montañas. Hay algo mas que se puede pedir?
n/a pero: de viejo me toca tomar la Cusqueña en el lobby porque no hay ascensor hacia la terraza.... ;-)
