Right in the middle of town - easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Cozy common areas spread throughout the hotel. Loungers in the back (on grass) near the beach. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Partygoers from the nightclub next door were loud after the club closed on a Friday night (quiet on a Saturday night and on a Sunday night). Although the property is a beach-front property, you don’t really actually see the beach from the property unless you look over a set of bushes. The loungers in the back of the property are on grass and not sand.

Quaint property, very much like an B&B. vibes I did like how cute it was and unique to other modern resort like places. Small, intimate and unique for sure. It was a good place to stay for a night while in Pa’ai. Central and right next to everything you need. Also the AC was full blast and fantastic and the coffee lobby outside the room was a nice touch.
Felt like a bit of false advertising when comparing to the hotels descriptions. The bar and restaurant on property was not “functioning” at the moment. It looked like it hadn’t been for a minute. The beach access was… well not at all. It was closed off due to erosion from other storms, which is fine. But when booking that’s absolutely not what was described so definitely lead to some disappointment.

Great location, some staff were very kind.
Super neat to have direct access to the beach (even though steps have been completely washed out by the so you need to be fit to climb down to the beach)
Some nice common parts and lovely view from the top of the hotel towards the volcanoes.
Clean rooms.
Mattress was very saggy and sloped heavily towards the edges. Outdoor area worn out (where there used to be a lovely cafe before).
Manager not particularly helpful. Said we were upgraded when we got there and gave us the 2 smallest room giving onto the loud street even though the hotel was at least 50pct empty.
At checkout, she didn’t want to keep our luggage in store for 3 nights and we had to insist for her to keep them. (Hotel mostly empty once again so plenty of room to keep things)
