The place is clean. The staff is very professional and well behaved
The noise that the texis make every morning. Please find a way to control the guests from making noise. Install a strong policy to enforce respect. Last night there were guests making noise and drinking and running around.

The friendly male receptionist when I checked in and the cleanliness of the place no interruptions just privacy
The female receptionist was very rude we asked her to borrow us a charger she was rude and did not help
Us making it difficult to buy food and communicate. Also I did not like that the room did not have an aircon remote, the alarm got triggered itself and also can yall look at installing charging ports in the rooms as well as upgrading your Tv to some Netflix
