Have stayed here before but not as good now but parking is a bonus tho and they clean room up if you leave key daily also breakfast at phong phen hotel next door was great and staff there very chatty and helpful nice every morning and evening meal there was great one night.
No room upgrade for returning customers even this place was quite only a couple of guests we had booked 3 nights but had to pay extra for slightly better room no stairs was the only difference also shower not good just soaks everything in there.all staff seemed more interested in there phones except the laundry girl we need to choose better hotel next time for our stay.even Pointed out cockroach and bugs in fridge to staff member 3 days later still did not clean fridge🙁
