Location is central but after 19.30 h. you better take a taxi to get back. Good hot shower. People working there are o.k. If the price had been more moderate I would have judged the hotel as decent, not good.
It's way too expensive for this deteriorated hotel. The room smells bad, luckily the position of the window is such that it is safe to leave it open night and day. Breakfast is scarce and if you are 'late' (it's till 9.30 h.) you might end up with water instead of (watery) juice, no bread and/or no fruit. It's supposed to be egg, bread, a little fruit and coffee/tea. No marmelade, butter, cheese or anything else. I've been in better hotels in Colombia for 1/3 of the price.
