The view of the ocean from 6th floor was beautiful.
1. Checkin times not adhered to. We arrived at 2pm only to be told rooms are not ready. We stepped out and came back 15:45 still rooms were not ready. However, they still expected checkout at 10:00, I had to fight them and they moved it to 11:00. Which is still not fair as the delay was 2 hours and checkout should be extended by 2 hours.
2. Rooms were mouldy. Ceiling in the bathroom was mouldy room 602 and 601 walls were peeling off because of the mould.
3. One small water bottle only but we booked a family room, how does that make sense?!
4. Room mirror in 602 was not clean
