Clean toilet (very rare at this location for this price), clean towels, soap on the house, clean shower and the sink, AC working very well.

I liked white style of the room, and bathroom looked beautiful. I had some bottles of water, good towels, TV with Indonesian and English channels, air conditioning is good. Pillows were good, the room was clean. Good value for money.

The first day I didn’t have any water in the room to go to the toilet and to take a shower. The next day they changed room, but there wasn’t water in the toilet bowl. The pipe of the sink was a bit broken so water spoilt on the floor. Many ants are everywhere next to the bed, on the floor. The first day I’ve met a few bugs in the bathroom. The first night my room was far from WiFi, so I didn’t have signal to connect the WiFi. The staff does not speak English! Yeah, one man helped me and could communicated in English, but the girl did not understand anything what I was trying to say. Also , most of the time the receptionist was absent. They left a phone number at the reception, but my phone doesn’t have data for calls. Moreover, the second day I saw a little rat next to one of the rooms. Very far from the beach where it’s possible to swim. Hope to come again and see improvements!
