the location, check in staff were friendly & helpful, room was clean and spacious
the only slight dislike was that it was noisy with us being on the ground floor and the first room too. which cannot be helped and is not the staff or hotels fault of course :)

The location is near of everything the staff is very friendly and helpful with any requests, I recommend to everyone to choose Penguin is amazing experience ☺️ love it 😍
