Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was really clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I only stayed 2 nights but I wish I stayed more.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Turquoise Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, what impressed me the most was not only the hotel itself, but the incredible kindness, warmth, and professionalism of the people working there.
Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. You could feel that every person was genuinely trying their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every request we had was handled with care, and many times they even went beyond what we expected by offering help before we even asked.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Ali at the reception. He is an exceptionally kind, respectful, and helpful person. He truly does everything possible to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. I had a very important meeting during my stay, but unfortunately my laptop stopped working and I was unable to access the meeting from my phone as well. Mr. Ali immediately offered me the possibility to use his office so I could connect and attend my meeting. This was such a thoughtful gesture and showed a great level of awareness, generosity, and genuine hospitality. I truly appreciated it.
I also want to express my gratitude to the hotel doctors. My daughter was not feeling well during our stay, and both doctors were extremely cooperative and supportive. They did their best to help us and made us feel reassured during a stressful moment. Their kindness meant a lot to me.
A special thank you also goes to the restaurant team, especially Mr. Mohamed and all the young men working there. They were always polite, helpful, and smiling. They worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed.
I would also like to thank Mr. Mostafa at the beach. He was always doing his best to provide the best service possible with the available resources, and his dedication was truly appreciated.
The housekeeping team deserves a big thank you as well.

Beach was pleasant, room was OK and for the cost the hotel was reasonable.
Sharm was nothing to write home about and full of tacky shops. Food was bland and repetitive and the ‘all inclusive’ bar service consisted of very small plastic cups of insipid larger.
