當天即將到飯店前，詢問合作停車場問題，櫃台人員沒有回覆飯店有自己的停車場卻回答道民福立體停車場，後來是到飯店櫃台check in時聽到有客人電話詢問櫃檯人員答覆才知道飯店有自己的停車場，當下不是很開心。
