Superb

Very clean place, nice breakfast... very nice and clean environment in front of the hotel... Listening to the Qur'an while walking in the corridors of the hotel made me very happy. I felt myself in a very happy and peaceful environment. Those feelings can not be told, but they are experienced.

I arranged the hotel from booking.com. But when I came to the hotel, the person at the reception said that he could not see my order on their computer. The receptionist who said that they could not give me a room at 12 o'clock at night said to me; We can refund your money. I replied to them; I have a booking confirmation email in my hand and I got very angry saying how could you not accept me and my family at midnight. At the end of the story, they gave me a room, but they made me very tired in front of the reception at 12 am when I was tired. The hotel's computer system needs to be professionally rearranged. More professional staff should be put at the reception of such a nice hotel.

i barely cant tell which part i pleased with the hotel

overall the hotel was not fair to get 4 star, as the lobby toilet was dirty, dark, flush not properly use, the floor wet. the room, dark, no lamp on bedside. My AC was broke, i need 2 times to call technician. 1 of 4 pillow was bad, the towel need to be replace. i can get a better hotel downtown with the same price, fyi. such a dissapointed, i was with my whole family (3 family)

Wont stay to this hotel again

Such a disappointed which i stay for 5D4N, i deserve good facilities i can pay the same amount for better hotel downtown

Elevator too slow, the smell of the carpet hall was bad, toilet at lobby was wet, dark, dirty, the flush not work well -> not represented as 4star hotel. Towel was old, room is dark (there's no desk lamp at bed side), the AC was broke (need twice to call technician to fix it) I have to wait until 5pm to get room, the reason because all room fully booked (staff should anticipate this, the reservation had came days before, they can prepare, not become excuses)

Creepy 4 star hotel in Solo Indonesia

Everything The stuff didn't speak English at all.......at 4 star hotel??? Come on, man. There was a girl named Dhalia she tried to say few English words but no chance. Also, she was a very rude and nasty young girl. She thought if she was pretty, she could say and do whatever she wanted to do. There is a trick. The hotel outside looks okay but as soon as you get I to the reception area the problem starts. Thr concierge and bellman are very, very lazy, and they even didn't even pay any attention. we are a group of people with kids and stuff and with many luggage whichcqas do heavy. We had to take care of our luggage or selves. The entire I terror is creepy like a haunted house very, very dirty and not smelly but stinks everywhere hallways and rooms as well. If you're cou ti g on breakfast you better go outside for cheaper fresh and more delights stuff than at their restauran. There wasn't anything really what we could like, and we were a mix crowd Indonesian and Americans. So........don't recommended this hotel to anyone. The hotel shouldn't call it self 4 star but guest house 1 star

the best at this hotel was the breakfast. it was beyond my expectation. you will find nice desert and some sweets, which is kids friendly. many range of food selection as well, from breads and omlet, sereals, to local foods like fried rice, local dishes, chicken porridge, beef soto, and so on..

i think, we had an unfortunate situation here. we swum at their swimming pool, which the surrounding was actually nice, has Balinese touch kind of feeling. but there after, our body had itchy and rash. this was happened to myself, my hubby and to my 2 kids as well. maybe, its bcos of our skin was pretty sensitive, cos my other family members who swum at the pool as well, had nvr experienced like us.. they were happily swimming there on the 1st and 2nd day, and they were fine. secondly, the hot water shower in our room was not working in our room. we didnt complain about it to the hotel, cos we thought, at this time being, perhaps the hotel intended to have a little saving, due to keep the hotel running and do not cut people off from their works.
