The staff were very friendly but unable/unwilling to assist us with our room choice.
The coffee was nice.
We booked a villa and got a room with NO view down a narrow noisy corridor.
When we arrived we said we didn’t book this room and they said we did however the photos of the inside of the room
Is correct.
The description needs to be addressed because we would not have booked this property.
We left early as it wasn’t what we wanted and the staff initially insisted there wasn’t any villas available but I complained a total of of 3 times and the last time they said we’d have to pay extra.
