Habitacion Limpia, Comoda y Segura.

Limpieza en la Habitación. Personal Amable. La Habitación contaba con dos Baños completos para Seis personas comodamente. Suficientes Toallas en la Habitacion. Camas Comodas y Limpias. Botellita de Agua en la Habitación. Cuenta con TV y Wifi

Pequeño detalle de mantenimiento con una de las regaderas, salia poca agua. Se batallo un poco para ajustar la temperatura del agua en la segunda regadera. En la noche se escucha a las personas conversar en el pasillo. No contaba con telefono de la habitación a recepción.

Excelente para una visita rápida, para poder llegar a descansar con lo necesario en la habitación.

Muy amable y muy atento el personal. Tuve todo lo necesario.

Tal vez el que no haya aire acondicionado... en mi caso no afectó, pero de haber hecho más frío sí hubiera sufrido.

very unpleasant, a disappointment.

it is not difficult to find, and the exterior of the building is beautiful.

we were put in a room right beside the reception, maybe even had a connecting door to reception. we could hear all the conversations with other guest and the receptionist, including personal conversations. the room had no electrical outlets, cables running along the walls, a crudely built shelving unit; but the biggest problem was being able to hear many voices until well after 9. no food options. we ate nuts for dinner and breakfast.

Location is great, very close to everything in Parras. This is what we expected for this price and the attention from the hosts is amazing. We didn't have the change to try the breakfast but from the menu it looked good. A good place for 1 or 2 nights while visiting the valley.

The bed was not so comfortable. The pillows were too hard and high.

Not worth the money.

The only positive aspect of the property was that it was very clean.

The hotel is very basic, it resembles rather a hostel and definitely, it is not worth the money. I don't recommend going there during the winter because it does not have heating and the room was really cold. We asked for an electric heater at the reception and fortunately, they gave us one, otherwise, we would end up being sick.
