What I loved about Dadhikar was not just the fort—it was the feeling of escaping the city and spending a beautiful, peaceful night with my family amid the Aravallis, with good Rajasthani food, heritage surroundings, warm hospitality and nature all around us.
And honestly, that combination is probably why a single night felt like an experience rather than just a hotel stay.
To make the experience even better, I would love to see a wider food spread, more activities—especially for children—and some more consistent room maintenance. A regular cultural programme or heritage activity in the evening would make the fort stay truly complete.

The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The property manager, Vishnu, was always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was amazing, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. Had a wonderful experience overall.

Quaint & quiet. The drive to the fort is picturesque and worth it if you're driving yourselves.
It's an old fort, so understandable if the rooms or areas are a bit stuffy.

The heritage rooms on the property and the location and rustic feel was the bigger draw.
The rooms need maintenance - especially older ones. In one of the rooms there was water leakage in the other room we moved into there was a fat rat sneaking in the night through a big hole it had cut through in the window.
