La atención en el hotel es maravillosa, nos permitieron hacer el check in muchas horas antes del horario establecido y eso fue un gran alivio. El personal nos atendió siempre con mucha amabilidad y realizaron cada petición que hicimos. El hotel cuenta con restaurante y el almuerzo es muy sabroso a un precio más que accesible. El desayuno era bufette y tenía variedad de productos. El lugar es muy céntrico y conveniente para salir a pasear por el centro de Arica. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa.

Podrían actualizar un poco la habitación que nos tocó, se veía un poco anticuada

Nada Es un lugar antiguo, no nuevo como sale en las fotos.

1. Ofrecían cama extra grande y solo era matrimonial. 2. Pedí habitación silenciosa y me dieron una al lado del patio-terraza (donde la gente iba a hablar por teléfono o a compartir), también estaba a pasos de la recepción y de la cocina (no sé que entendió por silencioso). 3. Desayuno variado pero no contundente, cuando llegue no había pan ni leche. Hacían huevos solo para una o dos personas. Tuve que esperar a poder servirme un buen desayuno
