Very practical with a kitchenette and all essential facilities. Bed is comfortable and the apartment is clean. Staff are helpful and nice. A good option for longer stays. Practical also for its location with good small shops and take away in the proximity. Balcony with hanging garden give a cozy atmosphere.
The location is close to trafficked streets. It can be noisy. But the windows effectively block out the noise. Good in winter.

It's a safe area to stay in, the space of the room is good for 1 person. respectful receptionist.
The price they asked me to pay was different than the price I booked. Almost $30 extra.
You have to pay in cash also.
At first they gave me a room that smelled bad, but when I asked for a room change they changed it immediately.

Location is great! Staff is an absolute blessing (especially Mr. Mahmoud). The housekeeping staff are very pleasant.
The room was received very clean, and they constantly kept it shiny.
Mr. Joe, the owner of the hotel, agreed to extend my stay until very late due to complications with my flight and asked for no further charges! Honestly, I never had such a good experience in a hotel in 4 different countries. Will definitely be coming back here for every Beirut trip.

The man at the receptiion was extremely kind and helpful.. He smiled all the time and offered help when I asked for it espcially when I wanted to exchange money. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. There was a mini kitchen with simple kitchen ware.
The balcony was not clean and not ready to be used. It was winter but there was no rain so I
wanted to use it but unfourtantly it wasn't clean. The thing that disappointed me was the balcony since I chose the hotel for the view and the trees that are hanging from the balcony that appears in the pictures here on booking, yet what I saw in real was different. I hope you pay more attention to the trees and plants there because it would have made a huge difference. It looked like an old balcony from an old building in beirut. There was no soap or shampoo or even bathroom slippers to use in the bathroom. The towels were old as well. I had to search for a supermarket at night to buy so that I can bath which is a little strange considering the price of the night there.
