I really recommend that place!

It is a really good place! The rooms are simple, but clean and there is everything that you need. But the real pearl of this place is the owner. He was ready to do everything that we asked him and even more (he took us to the bus station and helped to find the right bus). Besides that he treated us with fruits and local food. This place is suitable for those who want to relax in silence, enjoying the sea and good food in a restaurant nearby.

stayed for 5 minutes, lucky our driver was still waiting out the front.

looked nothing like the pictures and the pool was closed they didn’t even refund our stay. the bed was rock hard. we ended up leaving and going to stay somewhere else I couldn’t even find the worker to tell her we were going.

A hidden Gem with the most friendly host!

WOW, what a hidden gem! If you are seeking peace and quiet and hate the mass tourism places then this is the place for you. Here you see more of the real Thailand. Beautiful beach that you can have almost for yourself, 2 mini markets (very basic) just outside Natai House. A handful of restaurants in walking distance. Even at Natai House you get good food from their restaurant. ATM around 1km away and you could borrow a bicycle for free at Natai house. Around 30min with car from Phuket airport. Accommodation quite basic but it has all you need (tv, toilet with spacious shower, fridge and a bed). The host/owner is THE MOST FRIENDLY we have encountered and he goes beyond to help and make sure you have a good stay (and always with a big smile). This is a place for travelers, (if you are a tourist then it may be that that this is too basic for you.) Good pool and breakfast. We would recommend this place! You get so much value for the money.

Could be a nice and cosy place, has potential, but needs serious work on final touches & cleanliness

Quiet place. Room's size was good. Not a lot of choice for fruits at breakfast, but the available ones were good. Good-sized pool. Staff speaks very basic english. Personnally I don't mind since there are many ways to communicate, but it's good to have it in mind.

Cleanliness was not okay: bed sheets were stained and didn't smell like freshly washed, toilets were dirty. Furnitures were not in good shape. Every service you ask, you need to pay (late check-out? 500THB, half the price of the night... seriously?) Location-wise, it might be nice if you plan to stay there, beach is just across the road and you may be able to rent a motorbike to explore the area. Except for the hotel restaurant (only dinner), restaurants are quite far and rare (min 20min walk). Getting a taxi takes a long time (I guess due to the fact that the place is remote), expect not less than 1 hours to get one, and it will be outrageously expensive. The whole place looks like a private land where the owner is living and tried to build rooms to generate some income money. Sadly it looks like the place is not finished yet or under slow renovation, which doesn't make it very attractive once you're there. And since the area is quite remote, getting out of it is painful and I felt trapped.

Welcoming and amazing service, in a great location

Breakfast was very good, and best could it be for the location. Also the beach was a 5 minute walk and the owner and his wife were very welcoming and friendly.

A bit difficult to get to but once you’re there everything is in a walkable distance

Budget option in Natai. Much better than many expensive ones.

Big room with aircon. Have swimming pool. Great restaurant on site. Breakfast have everything what growing man needs, but quite slow.

All in all this place is quiet and very relaxing

This place was just fine for the cheap price. The staff was great and very friendly! Natai House has everything you need but not much more than that. I liked that the beer was cheap! The pool was also great.

The bed. The shower. Unfortunately it’s very far north of where all the action is like Patong or Kamala beach.

They cancelled our room when we were 5 minutes from the hotel. We got a confirmation but they told us something was wrong and don’t waste our time to come to their hotel.

Nice place to stay if you want to experience entire empty beach

Hard to judge in low season, but the place is quite nice and clean. Beach is 3 minutes away, the room and the staff are very nice.

Some things were broken or old because of low season and covid

Superb

Very peaceful and a lovely clean pool. Room was comfortable with a nice sitting area outside. Staff were very friendly, even brought us a plate of watermelon when we arrived. Across the road from the deserted beach and a tasty kanom jeen stall across the road

It would be nice to have better loungers around the pool, but it was so close to our room it wasn't a big problem.
