Perfect location right next to Hongik Univ Station in the heart of Hongdae. Very convenient for transport, restaurants, and exploring the area. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The guesthouse is on the 5th floor without a lift, so be prepared for some stairs, especially with luggage, but it was not a big deal and good daily exercise๐

Location is the best , near the Main Street in Hongdae
Near Hongik univ station . Very gooooooood location.
The owner was very attentive ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
Room at 5th floor without elevator. The owner informed before and I think itโs OK. So we were tried everyday ๐
But itโs not matter. We could exercise after big meals, good for health ๐

The property is spacious and the daily necessities are sufficient. It is very close to the busy shopping area and is just a 2min walk from the metro exit! Super convenient!
It is on the 5th floor and there is no lift at all. And the toilet is little smelly the day we checked in, which was worsened on the third day night with water leaking out from the side of the toilet.
