It was in a quiet area and the breakfast served with good
The gym had a fault issue and I was unable to use it as it was closed.

The environment
They lied about the breakfast. There was absolutely none during my stay there. Also the shower wasn't working which was absurd.
There was no towel also had to request twice before they brought it.

Welcoming staff. Debbie at reception was very kind. Nice complementary breakfast but very limited choice
The bathroom could be cleaner and the TV have a clearer view

Great location and space.
Terrible breakfast, overpriced food with little variety, and staff were a let down as a few of them did not know what they were doing.
