Nous avons récemment séjourné à eden lodges et notre expérience a été absolument merveilleuse. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s’est montré incroyablement accueillant et serviable, veillant à ce que tous nos besoins soient satisfaits. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté impeccable et décorée avec goût, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. Les équipements de l’hôtel, tels que la piscine et le spa, ont ajouté une touche de luxe à notre expérience.
Le petit-déjeuner servi était délicieux, avec une grande variété de plats frais et savoureux, adaptés à tous les goûts.
Ce qui nous a le plus marqués, cependant, c’était la qualité du service. Chaque membre du personnel rencontré était non seulement professionnel, mais également chaleureux et accueillant, faisant de ce séjour une expérience véritablement personnelle et mémorable.

J avais une suite avec piscine (sale) qu’il faut partager avec une autre suite. Toute la journée y a du personnel qui passe par la terrasse donc aucune intimité.
Le petit dej bof, le café expresso en supplément, si on veut rajouter autre chose c est tjs en plus.
Au bord de la piscine pleins de mouches et vers le jacuzzi des abeilles.

I punti forti sono: gentilezza del personale, wifi, pulizia, colazione, piscina. Il soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfacente, la struttura non è grande, ho trovato grande tranquillità e riservatezza. Non mi è capitato di mangiare in hotel ma la colazione l'ho trovata ottima, servita al tavolo in base alle mie richieste. Il wifi è veloce e copre fino all'esterno del cancello d'ingresso. L'hotel è situato fuori città in una zona chiamata Palmeraie, piena di ville e alberghi di buon livello alternati a parti desertiche con palme e piccoli agglomerati di povere costruzioni. Tutte le proprietà sono circondate da muri alti con cancelli non a vista e sempre chiusi. Ho sempre usato il taxi per recarmi in città e il tempo necessario è di circa 20-30 minuti con una tariffa di 20 euro mentre per l'aeroporto si spendono 30 euro a viaggio. Si può pagare in euro o dirham al cambio pratico di 1:10. Se si vuol stare in hotel ci sono ampi lettini con asciugamani pronti ai bordi di una piscina curata. L'ambiente è silenzioso, rilassante e tranquillo.

Notre tente (royale) était très belle et conforme aux photos. Emplacement calme et sans vis à vis. Personnel aux petits soins.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait dans notre logement. Visiblement c’était un pb connu mais tjs résolu. Prix des boissons et des repas un peu élevés. Prix du transfert du lodge à l’aéroport plus élevé que le prix annoncé.

About half an hour from central Marakech it is located in a quiet area. A taxi or chauffeur service cost us 200 MAD (about £16 for each journey). There are no local restaurants apart from the one in the hotel. As the hotel is relatively small, the breakfast is arguably basic (comparing to the likes of other 5 star hotels like the Savoy). You will get some bread, pancakes, fruit, orange juice, tea/coffee, and egg. It is understandable that there is no buffet like at the Savoy as otherwise it is likely that a lot of food will go to waste. The restaurant provides both Moroccan and continental cuisine, it is okay. A typical meal will cost about 100-150 MAD (£8-£13) plus drinks 50 - 80 MAD (£4-£7).
The swimming pool is designed nicely and the grounds are beautiful. It really looks amazing and tranquil. The staff are super helpful, polite and friendly. The place is kept immaculately clean.
This is not a criticism, but I personally think this is more suited to couples who want nothing but a holiday of peace and quiet and to just enjoy the tranquility of the place. A honeymooners' paradise.

It is very beautiful, calm with great food and customer service. The rooms are large and comfortable and we had a private pool that we weren’t expecting. All the staff smiled and the place had a very relaxed atmosphere. It doesn’t have a lot of rooms so there is a lot of space. The sunbeds were very comfortable.

Just checked out from a wonderful romantic break celebrating my partner's 50th birthday. Prior to arrival I had contacted the property to help me make the occasion extra special and memorable, and they didn't disappoint! Upon arrival our room was decorated with rose petals and the most beautiful bouquet of roses. The next morning we enjoyed a couples massage (which was excellent) and a champagne lunch served on our room's private patio. The staff were professional, helpful and just fantastic. The pool area and gardens are just beautiful. It was a perfectly peaceful getaway after spending a couple of days in the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech Definitely recommend!

Beautiful and serene, very clean. The staff were great and customer service was excellent.
The location is a remote which made me panic because I was not aware of the security they had in place. The Manager was kind to explain their process the next day and also provided us with an emergency contact number.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Quiet after the noises staying closer to the Medina. Staff were wonderful, very professional and engaging. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Restaurant food also fresh and delicious, lots of choices. Best pool we had on our 5 week holiday. Crystal clean, lovely surrounds

Eden Lodges is a dream! The pictures on the website do not do this place justice. I have stayed in many hotels around Morocco and have enjoyed many lovely gardens. However, the landscaping at Eden Lodges just felt more well-designed. It is truly a gem and a real "Eden". The tent rooms are blended right into the beautiful landscaping and the tents themselves are very luxurious. We were upgraded to the Royale Suite and were so thankful. The property manager, Soufiane, is one of the best hosts that I have had in my 50+ hotel experiences in Morocco. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He is an active manager and engages positively with all of the guests. We had great food, great drinks at the bar, and a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Eden Lodges as you are able to still have a luxury tent experience but inside an oasis with easy pool access! :)
Everything was lovely! I would just caution people to be aware that the garden hot tubs only get heated to about 32 degrees. We wanted to go hot tubbing after sunset, but it was a little bit too chilly!

As soon as you step foot in the grounds it is a calming oasis with beautiful planting/lighting. The lodges themselves are wonderful with beautiful interiors that give a great nod to Morrocco. The hotel team were all lovely and we could not fault our stay.
Distance to city centre as you either need to hire a car or rely on taxis.

This place is an oases, not far from the city, but quite and luxurious.
I traveled with my 10 year old son and the personnel were extremely kind and accommodating. Simo, in particular, made our stay extremely enjoyable. My son is asking to plan another trip just to see him again, since we didn’t have the chance to say a proper “Good bye!”. You know your vacation is a bliss when your children are happy! Highly recommend this stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! The villa was nice but the staff really made our stay exceptional.
The chief's food was amazing at all times both in terms of quality and diversity.
The staff went above and beyond to fulfil every request, no matter how big or small. Especially want to shout out to Soufian and Simo who are absolutely amazing at their job and can provide a welcoming atmosphere to the place making it alive and special. Hope we can come back many times very soon!
We visited in November and the temperature of the pool was not swimmable. Would have been nice for the owner to invest in some heating equipment which I am sure all the guests would appreciate especially during colder seasons.
Even though the staff were incredible at organising transfers, the hotel would benefit from its own transport.
This would make the place 11 out of 10.

I have to say it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in, So pretty and the cleanliness was second to none.
The Staff were absolutely amazing! I was ill when I arrived and they did absolutely everything to ensure I was comfortable, down to making special teas to aid my recovery, They really fussed over us in a good way I can only remember 2 names Somi & Abdell, So Thank you both for making our Trip very memorable and enjoyable.
I never say this but, We will return to Eden Lodges :-)

I don’t even know where to start - this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve been travelling globally for the last 15 years. The staff are so friendly, personal, and attentive, I felt like they were friends when I left. The pool is beautiful and spotlessly clean, as are the ample beds surrounding it. The rooms are large, authentic, and again, brilliantly cleaned every day. Breakfast is ample and varied, and nothing is too much effort for the staff.
Kamal, Simone, and the whole team… you are legends and we can’t thank you enough. We will be back!

i did not like anything sad to say
we left without check in due to very substandard facilities, not well entertain/dirty and electricity in our rooms not working. we were proposed supposedly to upgrade to an outside lodge that had lot of smell and not condition for operating at this point in time.
the hotel was nearly empty (only 2 people), location not really in the palmerai but outside, far from city. it did not have a reception and main building looked as a storage room. i can’t believe this venue has been rated as exceptional >9. There should be an audit on the review system and in my view the venue does not have the standard to be in booking.com and in under no circumstances somebody could considered exceptional. we were told initially that we were not going to be charged if we cancel but when effectively we decided to leave a different person said otherwise, we left anyways as we could not stat in the property we paid €414 for two rooms, one double superior room and one luxury suite that was like an underground place with low light.
