About this apartment rental
Up to two adults and two children can stay in this one-bedroom condominium apartment with full air conditioning. Our beach view apartment is on the sixth floor and features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living area and bedroom with views of Isla Verde's immaculate white sand beach. Sit back and let the soothing ocean breeze calm you.
The location of our condo on Isla Verde is ideal—near it's to everything. Uber offers transportation within the metro region. .The building is 30 feet from the beach. Every day, the temperature is 85 degrees. Mountains, rain forests, pristine beaches, and everything else you would need on a tropical island are close by.
It takes minutes to walk to the three restaurants and numerous nightclubs on the beach front. The party is frequently held on the sand and is fantastic for salsa dancing and people watching. The restaurants at Fairmont El San Juan and InterContinental hotels are walking distance. The "Water Beach Club” hotel is right around the corner if you want classy entertainment and fine cuisine.
Spend the day lounging on the beach or by the pool. This is a beautiful location with excellent amenities, whether you're searching for a weekend trip or a respite from the weather.
Food chains, upscale restaurants, casinos, and hotels are all nearby. 24-hour restaurants, 2 24-hour Drugstores: Farmica Caridad /Walgreens, a 24-hour grocery store, and ATMs are all within a block of each other.
There are historical sites, traditional architecture, and a wide variety of eateries in Old San Juan, which is only ten minutes away. Condado, which is nearby and includes upscale shopping and luxurious hotels. You can rent a car, take a short cab, or ride the city bus for 75 cents

On our building's lower level, there are three eateries. Families, couples getting married, and business travelers who want to unwind and have fun will love this property.

We had an excellent stay and would gladly return. The location is outstanding—right on the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything we needed during our visit.The owner provided clear, timely communication throughout the process, making arrival and our stay completely stress-free. The unit itself was exceptionally well-appointed, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.The combination of the beachfront location, convenient access to local amenities, and attentive hosting made for a truly memorable stay. This was a great spot to call home for a few days! Plenty of beach toys and beach trolleys and the location was epic!

We had a great trip. The room was as it was in the pictures. It was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. It is easy to get to the beach from the property. The property is in walkable distance to many restaurants. The only down side to this property is there is no on site parking and it is not easy to find a spot on n the street.

The location of the property is great, right across the beach and 10-15 min from SJ by car. The apartment was clean. The apartment is not how it shows in the pictures. It is quite old and somewhat run down. The second bed is a sofa bed which is completely fine but needs to be mentioned. The apartment needs renovations.
