The host was very friendly and helpful. Good wifi. Safe private parking nearby. Located close the city centre, at walking distance.
It was a bit of a noisy street. Breakfast was tasty, but basic.

Есть парковка в одном квартале от гостиницы. Туда можно доехать с хозяином и он запустит автомобиль, а назад пешком пару минут. Прикольные картины по стенам. Вид на Чимборасо из комнаты, но в моё проживание было облачно и особо не видно.
Слишком слабая шумоизоляция. Такое ощущение, что спишь на улице. Слышно любой шорох, тем более постоянно проезжающие автомобили. Окна закрываются не плотно, большие щели и зазоры. Возможно если комната в другую сторону, то не так шумно. Лучше не берите с видом на Чимборасо, всё это омрачится шумом.
