About this house rental
Nestled in Le Diamant, this attractive house for $64 per night is a great option for your next break. Our villa is located in the heart of a small residence made up of independent bungalows, very wooded and extremely quiet (well away from the road). It is located 5 minutes walk from a pretty beach suitable for swimming, a local supermarket, a hotel complex with a magnificent swimming pool accessible to outsiders facing the Rocher du Diamant (with catering ) and 5 minutes by car from the daily local market, the town and the Diamant Bay. Its outdoor lounge is surmounted by a very pretty carbet near the swimming pool, in the middle of a fully enclosed garden. Amélie and Julien welcome you to this little corner of paradise, a real invitation to idleness and serenity, designed to make the most of the outdoors and the local vegetation. Private car park secured by an electric gate. This house is labeled "meublé de Tourisme" by the state body in charge of certifications, Atout France. The dynamic village of Le Diamant, located in the southern Caribbean of Martinique, is an ideal starting point for exploring the island for the day. The most beautiful beaches, turtle watching sites and main points of interest are nearby.

Un séjour magnifique. Le maison est très bien équipée & correspond à l’annonce. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien.
Les commerces sont à proximité & nous avons pu profiter d’une plage qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds

Superbe location
Un petit coin de paradis...le gîte est très agréable, confortable et pratique. Et surtout nous avons pu profiter de l extérieur et de la nature ce qui était très important pour nous ! Amélie est très agréable et arrangeante. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons 🤗

Excellent séjour
Nous sommes 3 amies en quête d'évasion. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans ce bungalow plein de charme, cosy, à l'abri des regards. La petite piscine privée est vraiment un plus et nous en avons bien profité. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur hospitalité et leur réactivité. A très bientôt!

excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement de vacances. Il est en parfait état et l'extérieur est vraiment agréable et bien aménagé. Le carbet prolonge la cuisine et permet de vivre à l'extérieur toute la journée. Et quoi de plus agréable que de plonger dans la piscine après une bonne journée à la mer (vraiment toute proche). environnement très calme et apaisant!

Bungalow idéal pour un séjour en famille
Nous avons passé 8 jours chez Amélie et Julien, et le bungalow est encore plus agréable en vrai que sur les photos !
Il était tout à fait adapté pour nous (famille de 4 avec enfants de 1 et 6 ans), très bien situé avec une petite plage à 5mn à pieds.
Le bungalow est très fonctionnel et l’extérieur est super joli et agréable (sachant qu’on vit dehors la plupart du temps!).
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Amélie et Julien qui nous ont donné plein de conseils et d’idées à notre arrivée.
Bref venez sans hésiter, en ce qui nous concerne nous gardons l’adresse pour un prochain séjour!

Toujours aussi appréciable
2ème séjour dans ce petit cocon. Toujours aussi paisible, accueillant et bien équipé . Un havre de paix, sécurisé, ou détente et esprit familiale se conjugent parfaitement.
Amélie et Julien sont des hôtes très sympathiques.

Charme et simplicité
Idéalement situé pour rayonner au sud et au nord de la Martinique . Propriétaires charmants . Logement très nature , agréable et fonctionnel juste quelques détails mineurs pour que tout soit parfait . En conclusion vous passerez un très bon séjour comme nous !

Merveilleux
Nous avons passé 5 jours très reposant au calme avec un confort paradisiaque. Proximité plages , randonnées, commerces et restauration géniales. Merci nous nous sommes ressourcés. On reviendra propriétaire très sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Comme il est écrit dans les commentaires précédents , le cadre est calme et bien aménagé. Agréable pour toute la famille et même le chien s'y est plu. Les propriétaires sont ponctuels ,accueillants et très disponibles.

Maison indépendante au sein d'un site privilégié
Petite maison très fonctionnelle avec espace extérieur très agréable. La cuisine est à l'extérieur et donne sur une belle terrasse avec piscine.
La maison est dans une zone très calme entourée de végétation et proche d'une jolie petite plage.
Idéalement située pour visiter les environs, 5mn du centre du diamant et facile d'accès quelle que soit la direction à prendre.
Amélie est très disponible, de bon conseil et s'adapte volontiers à votre organisation en cas de besoin.

Un petit coin de paradis...
Sans être originaux, nous confirmons tous les avis qui précèdent le notre. Le logement est très agréable à vivre sans aucun vis à vis proche d'une petite plage où nous pouvons découvrir différents types de poissons. Les masques et tubas sont donc indispensables pour venir en Martinique. Amélie est très accueillante et nous donne suffisamment d'informations pour que le séjour se passe bien. Nous conseillons à toute personne qui le souhaite à y poser sa valise et n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Maison dans la verdure

Un joli ptit coin d'intimité à 5 min de la plage à pieds.
Accueil très chaleureux avec toutes les premières nécessités.

Un jardin d'eden
Encore une hesitation ? N'allez pas plus loin, ici c'est un petit paradis.
Dès votre arrivée, Amélie et Julienvous accueillent chaleureusement avec quelques bonnes surprises. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins et prêts à partager leurs meilleures adresses.
Je vous conseille de prendre l'option souper et petit déjeuner, ce qui est bien pratique lors de votre arrivée et surtout délicieux.
Le logement est très bien équipé et surtout situé dans un lieu très calme et reposant. La piscine privative vous permettra de vous rafraichir à tout heure de la journée et de la nuit et Julien passera régulièrement pour la nettoyer et faire l'appoint de produits et ainsi vous offrir une eau toujours limpide.
Le logement est situé près des meilleures plages du sud de la Martinique.
Côté commodités, Ecomax pour l'essentiel avant d'arriver au logement, Le Diamant à 5 minutes avec ses restaurants, commerces, pharmacie, Carrefour et son centre commercial à 15 minutes.
Que dire de plus, nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances en ce mois de septembre 2019.
Nous reviendrons exlusivement dans ce logement lors de notre prochain séjour en Martinique.

Superbe petit avre de paix
Nous avons passe un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette charmante villa ou les enfants ont vécu dehors et dans la piscine.
Jardin super et très bien entretenu.
Climatisation top ce qui n'est pas un luxe en Martinique.
L'accueil d'Isabelle est exceptionnel très pro et chaleureux. Toujours aux petits soins.
Les équipements sont complets et en bon état de fonctionnement.
Nous n'hésiterons pas a revenir a cette adresse dans l'île des revenants.
