It’s not the best, but could bring out a smile on our face.

There are 5 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa has a ~150 deep pool which a 9 year-old kid could enjoy with a care from an adult. Ohh also a BBQ pit. It’s always fun to have a little BBQ party with friends and family. The staff were kind and helpful staff especially Rachel. Everything was just so fast, easy, and smooth from the day we checked in to the day we checked out. In terms of service, I gotta say, the Club Miracle is a miracle club. They provided us with an exceptional service.

The cleanliness has got to be improved. I mean, it doesn’t have to be spotless. Well, you know what I mean.

huge villa and nice pool

the living room is huge and was perfect for our 8 people family each room has their own bathroom and privacy, the pool is great and the kitchen is fully equipped

beds are very uncomfortable, bed sheets need updating and so do the pillows and mattresses.

this is an awesome amazing space. nice layout and very comfortable

would have given 10 out of 10 but was charged 500 baht for 2 missing pillows. we never saw these pillows they spoke about. the staff couldn’t even be certain that the pillows were even there upon checking in. however we were still charged for them. other than this bitter pill, we had an amazing time

large spacious villa with pool in a closed garden but dated.

large villa with plenty of space. large pool large villa with closed garden. space to park cars and scooters on property. quiet street. yet a few minutes away to rawai beach, restaurants and stores with scooter very large terrace on upper floor with some view. sunchairs and table. very convenient air conditioning in bedrooms was working very well.

villa is dated. and was not renovated in a while. dishwasher was not working water pressure in some of the bathrooms and kitchen was very low. would definitely benefit from an overall refurbishment (bathrooms) to become a good place to stay. property has hedge trees which were loosing leaves very easily with a little wind. thus pool had always leaves in it even 1 hour after the pool cleaning team had come. should plant bamboo instead of those trees.

Absolute nightmare, avoid Club Miracle at all costs

The agents invited me to join the "Line" group for this property only 52 minutes before check in .... I told them we were on our way for the pre-arranged 1500 check in time however the agent was still 20 minutes late with the keys, then the check in was delayed one and a half hours because the property was still being cleaned, no TV channels in all rooms and in the lounge the TV box had been removed so the beautiful large television with surround sound and huge sofas were no good at all, next we ran out of gas almost as soon as we lit the hob, then on the second day property flooded water at 11pm from a locked room so messaged the agent on the line app and the agent read the message immediately but only sent staff at 10am next day at which point the lounge, kitchen, dining area and one bedroom were flooded and the same night as the numerous staff came into the house to fix the flood and mop up we got burgled through a previously locked window....... my opinion is to avoid Club Miracle at all costs ..... just to add insult to injury Club Miracle charge 6 baht a unit on all their properties which is 45% more that the 4.2 baht the electricity company charge these "agents" ...... 20 years in Thailand and this has been my worst experience but on a positive note ...... the pool was clean and great and the weather was perfect ....... you live and learn !
